CORONAVIRUS STORE UPDATE

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Currently I am working from home, and I am receiving a large number of product orders and inquiries. My resources are limited so I apologise for the small delays and unavailability to key items in store.

STOCK & SHIPPING

Stock levels may vary
My products use a variety of single-sourced ingredients from independent suppliers. Whilst, my manufacturer has contingencies in place for these ingredients, disruptions to my product supply has occurred and the sheer volume of purchases I am currently experiencing, and extremely grateful for, have led to stock shortages. Currently a key ingredient is being diverted to the Government and Defense to help combat the COVID-19 Pandemic. I will update on any stock changes as they occur.

Shipping times
At this point I haven't experienced any significant delays via our shipping partners (Auspost and Sendle) - however it is likely during the evolving pandemic that some deliveries may experience delays. I will be monitoring this.

Delivery
All my courier partners are operating under social distancing guidelines - this means that signatures are not being taken at point of delivery. Parcels are being left in a secure place outside the home (letterbox/ porch). Please, when ordering - ensure you have a secure point for delivery and keep an eye out for deliveries.

At this time - I will be considering a delivery completed once the courier company & tracking shows verified delivery to the property. I am unable to process refunds or exchanges due to missing items after delivery is complete and will not be able to follow up directly with the courier company to assist in tracing the parcel. Customers are required to reach out directly to the courier company if there are any issues at point of delivery but to still keep me informed so I can offer my assistance regardless.
